GARDEN PLANS
- Detailed drawings done to scale. If necessary a surveyor may be required to detail the degree of slope and so on. It is not often required but it will depend on the site.
- It may be recommended that a soil profile to a minimum of 1.5m over at least 3 different areas of the site is done. This is not essential and will only be recommended where there is doubt about the soil type.
- All plans are based on water efficient design and sustainable practice.
- All plans are quoted for on-site. If the client chooses not to accept the cost of the quotation, a consultation fee will be charged at the hourly rate and if a conceptual plan has been done, this fee will be incurred. Plans start at $1,100 for a courtyard or small front garden.
- Plants are available for all designs through Timandra Plant Brokers.
